
Registration Help
Unfortunately due to the many users and systems looking for opportunities
to post and send spam, organisations must make registration processes
more difficult than we would like. iGrafx has chosen to use a double
opt-in system, requiring new registers to verify their email address.
Though reducing illegitimate users to nearly zero, it does occasionally
cause problems for legitimate users. Here are the most common registration
problems and possible solutions.
- Your company and/or email program has interpreted our confirmation
email as spam. To resolve this, your email system should allow
emails from no-reply@email.i-dialogue.com and
info@igrafx.com. Try contacting your Help Desk
or Mail Administrator for assistance.
- You made a typo in entering your email address. Since our system
will not allow 2 users with the same email address, simply try
re-registering.
If your email address is accepted, then you know that your prior
registration email contained a typo.
- Your company uses an email "greylisting" program.
A greylisting program requires the same email to be sent twice
from any new email address. Most email spammers work in such volumes,
that any failures of emails are never re-submitted to an email
system, and therefore never getting through the greylisting program.
To have a second activation email sent, attempt to login using
your new account, and when it fails, click the "Resend activation
email" link.
